To be able to identify an order, the warehouse employee needs the most accurate and complete information about the dispatch.
In case if the store or seller did not provide the track number of an order, registration in the system is available by another data:
- the order number in the online store (the service of identification is available only if an order was sended with an invoice in which the order number is specified)
- by the data of the Sender / Recipient (the service of identification is available only if the data specified in the SMART Connect corresponds to the information indicated on the delivery service label)
We would like to draw your attention that the service of identification by any data except the track number is provided for a fee. Exceptions are orders the sending of which do not provide for the assignment of track numbers. In case if an order is registered by any other data, than the track numbers, but when it arrived to the warehouse, found that on the label the track number is present, the cost of identification will be included in the outgoing parcel with this order. For this reason if there is a track number, priority for the registration of the expected order is the parcel number parcel in the delivery service.
